Cancellation & Booking Policy

✨ Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Spa Policies

 

Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required immediately upon booking to secure your event date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week after booking.

  • All payments must be paid in full prior to the event date. No payments will be accepted on the day of the event.

  • Sales tax and gratuity will be added at checkout for all party bookings.

  • Travel fees and applicable taxes are not included in the listed package prices and will be added separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All deposits and party payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • A minimum of one (1) week’s notice is required to request a reschedule, as preparations for your event begin immediately upon booking.

  • Rescheduled events must be moved to a new date within thirty (30) days of the original event date, subject to availability.

  • Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No credits will be issued.

  • Late arrivals will not receive extensions or compensation for missed or shortened services.

Parental Involvement & Supervision

  • To maintain a smooth and pleasant environment, parents or guardians must remain accessible during the event to address any child-related matters or special requests.

  • We are not responsible for supervising children, managing behavior, or caring for your home or venue.

  • Parents are responsible for supervising guests and restricting access to non-event areas to protect personal belongings and ensure safety.

Final Headcount & Attendance

  • Final guest count is due one (1) week prior to the event.

  • This headcount locks in your total price, regardless of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • Additional guests cannot be accommodated after final confirmation.

  • Services begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan accordingly.

Event Logistics & Spa Etiquette

  • No food or drinks are permitted in spa chairs or while wearing spa robes.

  • This policy is strictly enforced to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Guest Services & Nail Care

  • All guests must arrive with nail polish fully removed prior to spa services.

  • Gel polish, acrylic nails, or nail enhancements cannot be removed by our staff.

  • Nail services are limited to polish application only.

  • No cutting, filing, or shaping of nails will be performed.

Event Location, Outdoor Events & Age Guidelines

  • Services are provided for children ages 3 to 13 only.

  • Outdoor events must be held on a safe surface, including hard surfaces or grass.

    • Dirt, sand, rocks, or uneven terrain are not permitted.

  • For outdoor events under 85°F, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire event.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if an event is deemed unsafe for any reason.

Additional Location Requirements

  • If your event is held at a hotel or venue requiring paid parking, all parking fees for JC Cake Face Spa Mobile are the responsibility of the individual listed on the agreement.

  • We cannot service locations without readily accessible water.

  • For technician safety, we cannot service locations requiring more than one flight of stairs.
