Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

At JC Cake Face Spa Mobile, every celebration is prepared especially for your little diva! 👑💕

To provide the best experience possible, we reserve your date and time, prepare supplies according to your guest count, and coordinate travel and setup specifically for your event.

Please review our policies before booking. By submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

💕 RESERVING YOUR EVENT

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to officially reserve your event date and time.

The deposit is calculated based on your selected party package, confirmed number of guests, and any add-ons selected at the time of booking.

Your deposit is applied toward your total event price and is not an additional fee.

Your requested date and time are not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Because your date is reserved specifically for your celebration and we may decline other bookings for that time, booking deposits are non-refundable.

💳 FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance must be paid in full fourteen (14) calendar days before your scheduled event.

Your final balance may include:

Remaining package balance
Additional guests
Add-ons or upgrades
Travel and transportation fees
Other previously approved charges

JC Cake Face Spa Mobile does not accept outstanding event balances on the day of the party.

If the final balance is not received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the non-refundable booking deposit.

👑 FINAL GUEST COUNT

Each party package includes a specified number of guests.

Additional guests are charged according to the additional-guest rate associated with your selected package.

Your final guest count is due 14 days before your event, along with your final payment.

Once your final guest count has been confirmed, your event will be prepared according to that number.

Because supplies, products, and event preparation are based on your confirmed headcount, refunds are not provided for individual guests who cancel or do not attend after the final guest count has been submitted.

Requests to add guests after the deadline are subject to availability, supplies, staffing, time, and approval by JC Cake Face Spa Mobile.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, especially when celebrating with children. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide families with flexibility while also protecting the time and preparation reserved specifically for each event.

Cancellation 8 or More Days Before Your Event

Your original 50% booking deposit remains non-refundable.

If you have already paid your event balance in full, all amounts paid above your original 50% booking deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before Your Event

Cancellations made seven (7) calendar days or less before the scheduled event are non-refundable.

At this stage, products, supplies, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other preparations may already have been completed specifically for your celebration.

Payments already made toward the event will therefore not be refunded.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

📅 RESCHEDULING

We understand that unexpected situations happen.

Clients who contact JC Cake Face Spa Mobile eight (8) or more days before their scheduled event may request to transfer their booking to another available date.

Approved bookings may be transferred one time without losing the original booking deposit.

The new event date must generally take place within 60 days of the original event date and is subject to availability.

If the client later cancels the rescheduled event, the original booking deposit remains non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made seven (7) days or less before an event are not guaranteed and will be considered based on the individual circumstances and preparation already completed.

🤒 CHILD ILLNESS & EMERGENCIES

We understand that children can become sick unexpectedly.

If the birthday child becomes ill or an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible.

While our standard cancellation policy still applies, JC Cake Face Spa Mobile may offer a one-time rescheduling option when reasonably possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee a refund.

🚗 TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

JC Cake Face Spa is a mobile spa party experience.

Travel and transportation fees are determined based on the location of your event and are provided before your booking is finalized.

Travel fees may account for:

Round-trip mileage
Fuel
Tolls
Bridges and tunnels
Travel time
Transportation of spa equipment and supplies

Events requiring extended travel may require a custom travel quote.

Travel fees will always be disclosed before the client approves the final event price.

🅿️ PARKING & VENUE ACCESS

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonably accessible parking.

Paid parking, parking garages, valet services, or venue-required parking charges are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the event agreement.

Please notify us before your event of any parking restrictions, stairs, elevators, security procedures, loading restrictions, or venue requirements that could affect setup.

⏰ EVENT TIMES

Please have participating guests ready at the scheduled start time.

JC Cake Face Spa Mobile will make every reasonable effort to provide the complete booked experience.

However, events that begin late due to the client, guests, venue access, or circumstances outside our control may need to be shortened to prevent delays to other scheduled events.

Additional event time is not guaranteed.

💅 SPA EXPERIENCE & SAFETY

JC Cake Face Spa Mobile provides children’s spa-themed entertainment and pampering experiences.

Parents or guardians should inform us before the event of any known allergies, sensitivities, or circumstances that may affect a child’s participation.

Guests should arrive with regular nail polish removed.

We do not remove gel polish, acrylic nails, dip powder, or other nail enhancements.

A responsible adult must remain available throughout the event.

JC Cake Face Spa Mobile reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse a service if we reasonably believe continuing would be unsafe for a child.

🏠 EVENT SPACE

The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and accessible space suitable for the selected party experience.

Access to water and electricity may be required.

JC Cake Face Spa Mobile reserves the right to refuse setup or discontinue an event if the environment presents a safety or sanitation concern.

🌧️ WEATHER & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Safety is our priority.

If severe weather, dangerous road conditions, government restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent JC Cake Face Spa Mobile from safely reaching or providing your event, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date.

If JC Cake Face Spa Mobile cancels the event and we are unable to provide the contracted services or agree upon a suitable rescheduled date, payments for services not provided will be refunded.

Quick Booking Terms

50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date.

Final balance + final guest count due 14 days before your event.

Cancel 8+ days before: Your deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional amount paid will be refunded.

Cancel within 7 days: All payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: One transfer may be available with 8+ days’ notice, subject to availability.
